Creatively exploring grief and babyloss

On the 14 August I was delighted to be a guest host on #BabyLossHour – a weekly chat organised by Jess of Legacy of Leo where people take to Twitter at 8pm (GMT) every Tuesday evening to share their experiences of loss.

I wanted to explore some of the possibilities and limitations of finding creative ways to grieve. Whether that was crafting, creative writing, music or other outlets.  I was interested in finding what other people had found worked for them, and where there were particular issues to be mindful of regarding our wellbeing, safety, and how much we disclosed.

You can read the entire chat here – helpfully curated by Richard from Shoebox Full of Memories.
