Supporting healthcare workers to help patients cope with pregnancy loss

For those who use healthcare during or after pregnancy loss, the quality of care that is offered can make the difference between being able to cope and recover – or being traumatised further. How can we ensure healthcare staff are supported to provide quality care to patients?  Here are my thoughts for the BMJ.

If you’re a healthcare worker or patient with positive or negative experiences of care to report you can share your experiences and ideas in the comments under the blog post I’ve linked to above – that way other healthcare staff can read and act upon them.
